Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping Policy

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order we will notify you and give you the option of a refund or a time scale on re stocking.

Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses worldwide. Any shipments outside of mainland UK are subject to additional charges. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
