Portequip's transport sector plays a vital role in allowing us to provide the agricultural community in the UK and Ireland with the best and most affordable machinery and equipment. Our team of skilled drivers are always on hand to deliver the goods to your door.

Our journey started in 1978 when a young farmer from Northern Ireland had an idea on how to feed his calves more efficiently. Thus, the Original Calf Creep was born. The young farmer and his family soon moved to South West Scotland, and well..... The rest as they say is History.

The factory in Newton Stewart was set up in 1985. Building Calf Creeps, gates and small trailers. The company had began to build a great reputation for high quality and durable equipment which has maintained this ever since. Since the early days our range has moved on leaps and bounds. Our transport sector runs alongside our manufacturing plant. The fleet of HGVs primarily services Portequip Ltds delivery of equipment. For our return loads we usually load Straw and Hay for local farms.
